Matrix Nos etched into the run off grooves on all sides. 12+LEM+DJ+1+A ORLAKE on the A seide, 12+LEM+DJ+1+B ORLAKE on the B side, 12+LEM+DJ+2+A ORLAKE MIKE'S - THE EXCHANGE on the C side and 12+LEM+DJ+2+B ORLAKE MIKE'S - THE EXCHANGE on the D side. Both housed in a die cut black inner sleeve (one with promo sticker) all inside a picture sleeve cover.

Condition : Vinyl is in near mint condition and has never been played. Cover and inner sleeves are also in Near Mint condition.
