Matrix no’s etched on the run off label P 13972 RL 50-3 2 A 10 RE-1 5-25 on the A side and P 13971 RL 50-3 2 A 10 RE-1 5-25 on the B side. Not issued with a cover and comes in a black generic cover.

Condition :  Near Mint and looks like it has never been played.
